Timing the Tucson Residential Real Estate Market
November 25th, 2007 Categories: Buying Tucson Properties
If you are looking for that first home, or you are an investor trying to decide when you should buy residential real estate in Tucson, then this article is for you.
The simple answer to this question is now. However, you should not take my word for it, you should look at the facts.
1. The average sales price has moved very little over the last two years.
2. Trends show that right now is the slowest time of the year for Tucson home sales. (Sellers get despirate motivated)
3. The Tucson residential real estate market is showing signs of correcting or moving back to a neutral market. The buyers market may not last much longer.
4. When investors make their move you do not want to be far behind. Real Estate Agents on my Tucson AZ team are getting a lot of calls right now. About 5 out of 6 of those calls are serious investors who end up buying more than one property.
Now is the time to buy. Take time to review the tips in the How to Analyze Tucson Homes Like a Pro.
