Buying Tucson Foothills Real Estate? NO MINI HORSE ALLOWED

Got a mini horse? Well you better get ready to kick that little horse to the curb if you want to buy Tucson Foothills Real Estate.
In a story published by the Arizona Daily Star, an 11 year old boy learned the hard way not to battle with an HOA.
Not all Tucson Foothills Real Estate is required to follow the rules of the Skyline Bel Air Estates Community Association. If you want to bring your mini horse home, you had better pick a different location.
I like HOA’s. They help protect our Tucson Real Estate investments. I feel bad for the boy who is going to miss hanging with mini horse, but I understand the need for the rule. Once one horse moves into this Tucson Foothills community then there will be more, and I would not want anyone horsing around with my property values.
