Marana in Front of the Firing Squad, Tucson area Real Estate Trouble

Marana, just north of Tucson is part of the Tucson MLS. It has been

growing quickly over the last few years and recently approved the development of a new 300 home subdivision.

According to an article in the Tucson Weekly, Marana may be acting contradictory to its own conservation plans.

Many people may be asking, “why is Marana planning all this during a slow housing market?” The answer is simple… the Tucson Real Estate market is not going to be slow for long. We are in a fast growing state and there are many indicators showing that our economy is better than the national average.
