This area is located northwest of Tucson just west of the 1-10 freeway. Compared with last month it would appear that the sky is falling. This is no cause for alarm, in February a lot less homes sold than normal thus throwing off the stats a bit. The 12 month averages look pretty good for this area and they align will with averages for Tucson. Expect a correction in these real estate numbers in the coming months.
