From the looks of it the 85746 zip code is on a decline that will not stop. After last months numbers I thought things were going to level off. It would appear that we needed one more hit. Compared to the previous month DOM is looking healthy below the Tucson Real estate average. This will help level prices. I will still hold on to this area having some solid sales numbers through spring with stability to follow.
