Keller Williams Tucson — Market Share Expansion

From January 2008 through December 2008, the Tucson Association of Realtors statistics put Keller Williams Tucson right around 1% of overall market share.

As of July of 2009 Keller Williams Tucson is at just over 2% market share for number of transactions. The year is not over yet and we have doubled our market share.

This is not something we accomplish by playing every agent for themselves. In this tough economic period we have all worked together to better our business and increase the level of service we provide to our clients.
